Day One - Dublin Travel & Arrival

Jen and Charles had it the best: a direct flight from Philadelphia to Dublin. Ash had it the worst: an evening flight from St. Louis to Minneapolis to join Kate and me on our route through JFK the next day. But we all made it! Our flights arrived on time and close to one another. We were greeted by our driver Aidan Lynch, who would be our friend and guide for the week. We took a walking tour of the city to familiarize ourselves, adjust our clocks and stay awake. Our guide, Pat Liddy, kept us engaged with his knowledge of the city, Irish history, and his opinions. |
